Voice AI development and business integrations

Turn customer conversations into useful business actions. I build voice AI agents, receptionists and commerce workflows with Retell AI or Vapi, together with the backend and interfaces your team needs. Available for projects worldwide, including the US, Canada and Europe.

Start with the workflow you want to improve

A useful voice agent needs access to the right information and a clear path to complete the customer's request. The project starts with your call flow, existing systems and the outcome you want: an answered enquiry, a qualified request, an appointment or an order.

Reception

AI receptionists and call handling

Answer common questions, collect caller details and route requests into a staff workflow. Connect scheduling or customer records where your systems support it, and define when a person should take over.

Commerce

Voice shopping and product enquiries

Search a catalogue, explain product options and connect the conversation to an order flow. Combine voice with product cards and customer selection when the interaction needs a visual interface.

Operations

CRM, scheduling and API integrations

Connect conversations to customer records, appointments and internal workflows. Define which records the agent may read or update, how to identify the customer and how staff can review the result.

Products

Voice AI software and SaaS

Build the application around the calls: setup screens, transcripts, dashboards, authentication, usage accounting and subscriptions. Keep customer configuration and data separated in a multi-tenant product.

Choosing Retell AI or Vapi for your project

If you already use a provider, I can build on that setup. If you are starting from scratch, we compare the requirements before choosing: telephone or browser calls, available integrations, tool interfaces, call events, voice behaviour, operating costs and how your team will manage the system.

The backend should own business rules such as pricing, permissions and order validation. Keeping those responsibilities explicit also makes a future provider change easier to assess.

From call flow to a working integration

  1. Map the task. Identify caller needs, required data, allowed actions and staff handoff points.
  2. Build the integration. Develop the assistant, backend tools and any customer or operator interface.
  3. Verify the scenarios. Check successful calls, ambiguous requests, missing data, API failures and repeated actions against agreed acceptance criteria.
  4. Prepare operation. Deploy the system and document configuration, call review and the process for improving the workflow.

Voice AI projects

Planning your voice AI project

Do I need to choose a provider first?

No. Send the workflow and your current software. We can define the integration requirements and assess Retell AI or Vapi as part of the scope.

Can a voice agent make changes in my business software?

Yes, through tools connected to your APIs. The backend must validate inputs and permissions, confirm sensitive actions where required and handle failures without silently losing the request.

How are project scope and timing determined?

They depend on the number of call flows, available APIs, required interfaces and deployment requirements. Your brief should include current tools, examples of customer interactions and the actions the agent should complete.

For a concrete commerce example, read the Slivo Retell and WooCommerce architecture breakdown.
