Slivo
I built a voice commerce system that connects Retell AI with WooCommerce product data, on-screen product selection and an order workflow. The SaaS backend handles store isolation, usage accounting and billing.
The system behind the interface.
Voice alone is not enough for a complex purchase. The system had to keep conversation, product truth, visual state, and order creation aligned across a third-party storefront.
Architecture choices that shaped the product.
WooCommerce supplies the catalogue, which is synchronized for search. The order workflow queries the store again to check current price and availability.
The WooCommerce plugin stays intentionally thin while tenancy, usage, voice configuration, and workflows live in the SaaS backend.
The agent can guide the decision, while cards and order controls keep price and product selection inspectable.
What I developed.
- Realtime voice consultation paired with on-screen product cards
- Tenant-isolated stores, usage accounting, billing, and operator flows
- Thin WooCommerce adapter with business logic kept in the SaaS layer
The resulting system.
A voice commerce system connecting Retell calls, WooCommerce catalogue synchronization, visual product selection and order handoff.
