Agreement and app license
These Terms of Use apply to the SentScope iOS application provided by Evgenii Doronin (“SentScope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your license to use the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms explain SentScope-specific service and subscription conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
What SentScope provides
SentScope is a local-first business utility for creating quotes, preserving sent quote versions, recording an acceptance reported by the operator, and generating quote and invoice files.
It does not provide an account, proprietary cloud sync, payment collection from clients, electronic signature verification, identity verification, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
Operator responsibilities
You are responsible for the information entered into SentScope, for having authority to use client information, and for checking every quote, invoice, tax treatment, payment term, document number, and legal requirement before sending or relying on a document.
Recording an acceptance means only that you report receiving an external response. SentScope does not verify the responder or create an electronic signature. You are also responsible for protecting your device and exported files and for using the app only for lawful business purposes.
Free use and subscriptions
SentScope lets you create one job without a subscription. That job and its local records remain usable and exportable. Creating additional jobs requires an active SentScope subscription.
Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The price, currency, billing period, and any trial shown by the App Store purchase sheet at confirmation control the transaction. A free trial is available only when Apple determines that the Apple ID is eligible.
Unless canceled, a trial converts to a paid subscription and a paid subscription renews automatically. Apple may charge the account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid or trial period; deleting SentScope or deleting local data does not cancel it.
Restore Purchases asks Apple and RevenueCat to restore an eligible entitlement for the Apple ID in use. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple under its rules. When an entitlement ends, SentScope does not intentionally delete existing local jobs or exported files. Creating another job again requires an active entitlement.
Local data, export and recovery
Working document content is stored in the app container on the device. SentScope has no product account or proprietary cloud archive. Recovery after uninstall, device loss, or storage failure depends on an available Apple device backup or an archive you exported before the loss.
Exported files are handed to Apple’s share sheet and then handled by the destination you select. You are responsible for copies stored in Files, email, messaging, cloud storage, or another app. The SentScope Privacy Policy explains data handling, purchases, retention, and deletion in more detail.
Documents are not professional advice
SentScope provides document-generation and record-keeping tools. It does not determine whether a quote, acceptance record, invoice, tax calculation, disclosure, or business practice satisfies the law of a particular country or industry. Obtain qualified professional advice when your work requires it.
Availability and changes
We may correct defects, change features, or discontinue future support. We do not promise that the app, App Store services, RevenueCat services, or device storage will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Export important records regularly and before replacing, resetting, or repairing a device.
We may update these terms when features, subscriptions, providers, or legal obligations change. The published page will show the latest revision date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Warranty and liability boundaries
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SentScope is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the legal effect, collectability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness of a document for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evgenii Doronin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app, loss of local data, or reliance on a generated document. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple’s Standard EULA also contains warranty, maintenance, support, and liability terms that apply to the app license.
