This policy applies to SentScope 1.0 for iOS, bundle identifier dev.evgenedoronin.sentscope, provided by Evgenii Doronin.

Information you enter into SentScope
You may enter a business or operator name, phone number, email address, client name, job name, address, quote descriptions, quantities, rates, document numbers, acceptance source, and related dates. SentScope uses this information to create and preserve quote versions, record an acceptance reported by the operator, and generate quote, invoice, JSON, and CSV files.
This document content is stored in the app’s local container on your device. We do not receive it on our servers, and it is not sent to RevenueCat, Firebase, or Google Analytics. Normal Apple device backups may include the app container according to your Apple backup settings.
Product analytics
SentScope uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand a small release funnel. SentScope sends only these product events: a quote revision was shared, the first complete job was finished, the second-job paywall was viewed, and a restore-purchases request completed successfully. The custom fields are limited to app version, acquisition token, and a founder/test flag.
Firebase automatically assigns a random app-instance identifier and adds the event time and standard app, device, operating-system, SDK, language, and time-zone metadata. Google Analytics may derive a general region from a masked IP address; SentScope does not request Apple’s Location permission or send precise location. Firebase may also measure standard lifecycle events such as first open, session start, and user engagement. Automatic screen reporting is disabled.
SentScope does not send client identity, addresses, job scope, amounts, document numbers, PDFs, acceptance notes, or other quote or invoice content to analytics. Firebase Analytics does not set a user ID or collect IDFA or IDFV. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, ad-network registration, and cross-app tracking are disabled. Firebase processes analytics information under Google’s terms andprivacy information.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments. SentScope uses RevenueCat to load subscription products, validate Apple purchase receipts, determine trial eligibility, restore purchases, prevent purchase fraud, provide subscription access, and view subscription performance.
RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription history together with a randomly generated anonymous App User ID. It may also process limited service-request information such as device or operating system type, app version, locale, currency, network information, and Apple’s per-vendor device identifier. SentScope has no user account, does not provide RevenueCat with a custom user ID, and does not connect the anonymous RevenueCat ID or per-vendor device identifier to your name, email address, advertising identifier, or document content. RevenueCat’s optional attribution-device attributes and integrations are disabled.
RevenueCat is the source of truth for trial, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and revenue events. SentScope uses StoreKit 2 and does not send these purchase events or revenue amounts to Firebase.
RevenueCat processes this information as our subscription service provider under its agreements and Privacy Policy. We do not authorize RevenueCat purchase data for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
Sharing and exporting
When you choose Share, Save to Files, or Export All, SentScope creates the requested files and hands them to Apple’s system share sheet. You decide the destination. The receiving app, person, cloud service, or file location handles the copy under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive the shared files and cannot delete copies saved outside SentScope.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Please do not send client documents or other information that is not needed to resolve the issue. We use support communications to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable records of the request.
Tracking, advertising and protected permissions
SentScope contains no advertising SDK, does not access the Apple advertising identifier, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Firebase Analytics does not collect IDFA or IDFV. As described above, RevenueCat’s native subscription SDK may receive Apple’s per-vendor identifier as service-request metadata, but SentScope does not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Version 1.0 does not request access to Contacts, Photos, Camera, Microphone, or Location.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention, export and deletion
Your working archive remains on your device until you delete a job, use Delete all local data, or remove the app, subject to copies in Apple device backups.
- Delete this job removes that job’s draft, sent versions, acceptance record, and invoice from the app archive.
- Delete all local data removes the business profile, all clients and jobs, quote and invoice records, and app-generated files still inside SentScope’s export folder. It also resets local Firebase Analytics data and the app-instance identifier before analytics resumes with a new random identifier.
- Copies already saved through Files, email, messaging, cloud storage, another app, or an Apple backup are outside SentScope and must be deleted from those locations separately.
- Deleting local document data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription management is available through Apple ID settings.
Resetting local analytics data does not remove events already processed into aggregated Firebase reports. Firebase retains analytics information according to the configured retention settings and Google’s terms. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as needed to validate and restore entitlements, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain transaction records. To ask us to delete or restrict remotely held analytics, support, or RevenueCat customer data where applicable, use the contact below. We may need limited transaction information to locate an anonymous purchase record; an anonymous analytics record may not be individually identifiable. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
Legal bases and privacy rights
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, subscription processing is performed to provide the service you request; privacy-minimized product analytics, security, support, and subscription measurement are performed for legitimate operational interests; records may be kept to meet legal obligations; and consent is used where required.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information we hold. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Because most document content never leaves your device, the in-app export and deletion controls are normally the direct way to exercise these choices for that content.
International processing
Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, and support providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, the service provider is expected to use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers. Apple handles its own services under Apple’s terms and privacy notices.
Children
SentScope is a business utility for operators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
Security and limitations
SentScope uses iOS app-container protections and validated local saves with recovery copies. No storage method is guaranteed to prevent every loss or unauthorized access. Protect your device, use appropriate Apple backup settings, and keep exported archives in a secure location.
SentScope records information entered by the operator. It does not verify identity, create an electronic signature, provide legal or tax advice, determine compliance, or guarantee that a quote or invoice has legal effect in a particular jurisdiction.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy when SentScope’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The published policy will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
