01 / Context

The system behind the interface.

A clinic receptionist is an operational system, not a voice demo. Calls, urgent intent, appointments, billing, configuration, and staff review all need a reliable product layer.

02 / Decisions

Architecture choices that shaped the product.

Treat voice as one subsystem

The agent sits behind clinic configuration, customer state, transcripts, staff workflows, and business rules rather than becoming the whole product.

Design for operator review

Clinic teams need call history, outcomes, transcripts, settings, and billing in normal product interfaces they can inspect and control.

Isolate external integrations

Voice, billing, email, notifications, and risk checks are separated into service boundaries to keep failure handling understandable.

03 / Evidence

What exists beyond the concept.

  • Marketing, application backend, clinic dashboard, and admin workflows
  • Voice-agent provisioning, call handling, transcripts, and analytics surfaces
  • Subscriptions, webhook handling, fraud controls, and clinic isolation

04 / Outcome

A production-minded result.

A production SaaS foundation available at 24petline.com, spanning acquisition, voice workflows, clinic operations, administration, and billing.
